How soon can I expect to receive an item after I have chosen “Faculty/Staff Department Delivery?”
Answer
We hope to have items requested from Meyer Library delivered to the departmental office within 24 to 72 hours (about 3 days) of the request during business days. For items requested outside of Meyer Library from Garnett, Barbe, or through Interlibrary Loan it will take extra time for the items to reach Meyer Library. There may be delays in delivery due to issues with mail and courier delivery and in the event of inclement weather.
