How do I renew Interlibrary Loan items that are delivered to me?

It is the prerogative of the owning library whether to grant renewals or not. Most institutions will allow at least one renewal, although some do not.
Here is how to request a renewal on an Interlibrary Loan item:
On the libraries home page click “services.”
Choose “Interlibrary Loan.”
Click Place, Review and Download Requests.
Click “Logon to ILL” and then login! It is the same login as for e-mail.
Click “Renew Request.”
An e-mail will go to your Bearmail account letting you know the request has been sent to the lending library.
Watch for another notification stating the item was renewed and for how long. If you do not get a notice stating the item is renewed, you should assume the owning library did not allow the renewal.
