How does Interlibrary Loan work?

Answer

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service that allows Missouri State University students, faculty, and staff to request items that are not freely available from the MSU Libraries, databases, or general internet sources.  Digital files are usually available in 2-5 business days.  Physical items that are mailed to MSU can take 1-2 weeks.  You will get an email to your BearMail when items are ready.

PLACE, REVIEW, AND DOWNLOAD REQUESTS

You will be prompted to login. Use your Missouri State University BearPass Login.

Contact Shannon Conlon with any questions.

Distance Learners for the purposes of this service are registered as Missouri State University students, take their classes off the Springfield campus (remote sites, online, etc.), and live outside of the Springfield city limits.
